Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Parking is free and look out for parking signs and parking map on this site. Visitors are able to park at the Ashland National Guard parking lot (1420 E Main St,), all three Ashland Middle School’s parking lots, (100 Walker Ave), Ashland GracePoint (1760 E Main St), or in the Willow Wind Parking lot (1497 E Main St), but we kindly ask you not to park on their grass due to a fire hazard.
What is the bus schedule?
Saturday hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m (please visit http://www.rvtd.org/ for more information.). We are off route #10 and the nearest drop off location is on the corner of Ashland Street/Walker Street.
How do I sign up my school for the Preview day?
Sign up your school group for a field trip to Preview Day for Rogue Valley Mini-MakerFaire 2017! There is no admission charge for Preview Day and sign ups are on a first come first serve basis. We only have 800 spots available. Click here to sign up today! Preview Day is sponsored by FlowJo LLC.

Will there be bathrooms available?
Yes, there are public restrooms inside of ScienceWorks, and we will provide portable toilets outside.
Who are the organizers of Rogue Valley Mini Maker Faire?
ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum, Tom Sepe Productions, Rogue Hack Lab, Talent Maker City, Circuit Youth, Ashland 4-H Club, Southern Oregon ESD.
Is smoking, alcohol, or vaping allowed?
No alcohol is allowed. Smoking, including use of inhalant delivery systems, is NOT PERMITTED on our field or in the building (our field is super dry and we are deep in fire season so please respect this rule). If you must smoke please do it in the parking lot far from any grass. Smoking is not permitted within 10 feet of an entrance or exit.
Please note: Drugs and any activity that uses open flames including candles and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on our property.
Are pets allowed?
Animals and pets are not allowed on our property, with the exception of service animals. However, service animals behaving aggressively, disruptively, or generally unruly may be excluded. Service animal owners must clean up after their service animal.
Will there be food available?
Yes, we will have 3 food vendors on our plaza.
Is there an age limit to attend?
The Rogue Valley Mini Maker Faire is a family event open to all ages.
